My Projects & Experiments

Things I'm building, shipping, and exploring on my own. Getting smarter about the hard problems ahead in design and emerging tech usually means building my way into them. These side projects are how I pressure-test ideas and stay ahead of what's coming.

● ACTIVE 2026 A NOTE, PRINTED IN THEIR HOME

PrintSender

A small appliance that connects to a printer in an aging parent's home, letting family members send notes, photos and documents directly to their home. I built it on my own to solve a recurring caregiving problem in my family, not to start a company, realized I was rebuilding the fax machine, and rebuilt it right: the hardware, the cloud, the security, and every part of the experience down to the box it ships in.

● ACTIVE 2026 COMMENT ON ANYTHING

Reviewa

One idea, two builds. Reviewa.Site freezes any live URL so people can leave Google-Docs-style comments pinned to the page, no sign-up. Reviewa.Work does the same for prototypes you built, hosting them and injecting the comment layer on top. Both turn 'can you take a look at this?' into a link.

● EXPLORING 2026 AGENTS AS TEAMMATES

YourAgent.Network

A self-hostable team chat where everyone gets their own AI agent. Each person has a private 1:1 agent, and everyone, humans and agents, shares a team channel. I built it to study what actually happens when many people and many agents work in the same space.

○ SHIPPED 2026 CLAUDE CODE ON YOUR STREAM DECK

ClaudeButtons

A Stream Deck plugin that turns physical keys into a control surface for Claude Code. Approve or deny a permission prompt with a button click, a center key animates the Claude mark while it is thinking, and skip the keyboard.

● ACTIVE 2026 AGENT TOKEN OPTIMIZATION

OptimoClaw

An open-source optimization panel for OpenClaw AI agent fleets. Gives you actual controls over token spend, model routing, and agent performance instead of just read-only dashboards.

○ SHIPPED 2025 AD NETWORK FOR AI AGENTS

AgentVine

An ad network built for LLM-powered agents. Advertisers define structured product offers, and when those offers match what an agent is reasoning about, they can be surfaced as helpful suggestions inside the agent's response.

The day job

Beyond these side projects, I'm Head of Product Design at Outshift, Cisco's emerging-technology incubation group. It's where I work across AI, multi-agent systems, quantum, and other frontier bets, shaping early and ambiguous ideas into products people can actually use.
